Hello, all of the pages using php grid are now blank. I did not make any changes to the file locations or the databases they are pulling from. I have ensured the file paths are correct to the JS & CSS. Everything was working yesterday (and for the past several months).

Hello,
I reviewed the link and it is unable to find JS file. Perhaps it is removed on server.
There could be another possibility that your hosting may have deleted by considering it malware (due to iframe use in upload). Some customers have reported this as well.
