I tested Your "file-upload.php" example from "demos" and everything works fine.
But when I tested it in my own app. and when I open the file I get a message "uploading", then "uploaded" (without file name) but actualy nothing is uploaded.
What I'm doing wrong ?

I just realized that the "upload" does not work for master-detail grid,
or am I wrong somewhere…

There was an issue reported and is fixed now.
