Hi!
I downloaded the free version to make some tests, and I've got a problem using a custom mysql query.
My query are resulting fine as it should, but I can't edit or delete the first record, it says "Please, select row". But with other rows, it works fine.
What could it be?

Make sure you have the first column of grid with unique content (usually a PK).
This is required for proper display as well as update & delete operations of particular row.
