problem with persian characters

Hi, Question marks are shown istead of Persian(Farsi) characters, (and my database encoding is utf8_general_ci) can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

If your database is in utf8, try adding:

mysql_query("SET NAMES 'utf8'");

after database connection code.
