When adding or editing a record, I want disable "save" button before file uploading is completed. So I can't accidentaly stop file uploading.
How can I do It??

This function is added in latest build now.
You can renew subscription when required.

I have another problem.
The name of file uploading is: rn.42-16 EW-A&G-BOSIT(UP-2486) gornjišta.xls (serbian language.
The name stored in the db is the same but the name in the server path is: rn.42-16 EW-A&G-BOSIT(UP-2486) gornjišta.xls.
Suggestions to resolve?

Sorry:
after the char Å there is a semicolon that gets lost.

In latest build, it hides the 'submit' button when uploading:

For special character issue, this is little tricky.

One option is to transliterate to nearest similar character. e,g, š -> s
For that edit jqgrid_dist.php and add iconv line before move_uploaded_file function.
// tranliterate special characters before saving
$name = iconv("UTF-8","ISO-8859-1//TRANSLIT",$name);
if ( @move_uploaded_file($tmp_name, "$uploads_dir/$name") )
