My site is secured using ZBBLOCK http://spambotsecurity.com/zbblock.php
When I enable ZBBLOCK it reports a MYSQL Injection error and blocks my IP whenever a filter is set on a column. Does this indicate a security concern?

This looks to be an issue with zblock.
There is normal ajax POST call and should not be blocked.
You can discuss their support staff and report this issue (mentioning http request data).
