In grid.locale-de.js this Text is not findable. Where may we update this text for beeing update-secure?

It seems to be a bug/todo in localization work.
You can now edit lib/inc/jqgrid_dist.php and search/replace these strings.
– save this row
– replace this row
For actions text, search following line & replace:
– $this->options["colNames"][] = "Actions";
