Also in the demo. I change the name in the dropdown menu, but the fields Gender and Company doesn’t update.

Demo is fixed now.
The new callback code syntax support placeholders of columns so this will work:
$col[“editoptions”] = array(
“value”=>$str,
“onchange” => array(
“sql”=>”select * from clients where name = ‘{name}'”,
“callback” => “fill_form” )
);
