Hello Abu,

Is it possible if i want to create this dialog (link) when i click this button (link)?

Currently add dialog does not have this support. You can call external file OR code on toolbar button click and make you own dialog / modal. For toolbar callbacks, refer demos/appearance/toolbar-button.php
