You can edit lib/inc/jqgrid_dist.php and remove this code segment:

if (is_mobile)
jQuery(“.ui-search-toolbar”).hide();

Filters were removed to give more space to display listing. We\’ll be updating removing it in next build or replace with a better solution. If you have any suggestion, let us know.
