I’m unable to see this issue now. Here is the picture from android 7 phone.

It do a little flikr like in your image but later show like this:

The issue still happens on my phone (maybe some other people can test?)

I tested it on other device (Moto E4) and issue exist there. Previously on Sony device it was not generating.
Can you email me the code and related sample database dump to generate & resolve case locally?

When checking browser console, i see that there is a popper.js JS error coming. It may be causing some JS code to block and stopping grid resize on phone. Please check after commenting this file.

I have commented out popper – no change
