HELLO.
1)CAN I ADD MY NEW FORM WITH ADD BUTTON WITH DIFFERENT CONTROLS WHICH I DONT WANT TO SAW IN PHPGRID ? MEANS I WANT MY OWN NEW FORM AND NEED TO OPEN FROM GRID ADD BUTTON.

You can have custom toolbar button, and remove the default add button.
In newbutton, you can write your JS code to open your custom form.
I am emailing you sample too.

You can find it in the archive, that was send after transaction.
Folders path: demos > appearence > toolbar button.php
