Apostrophe Causes 500 : Internal Server Error

Whenever a field includes an apostrophe, the record cannot be updated. Any change to any field in the record results in the following error:
500 : Internal Server Error

Is there any work around for that?

This is resolved in latest build of licensed version.
Free version need an update for this fix, which is planned to be released soon.

I get this error running the licensed version 1.4.8, which you emailed on February 4th, 2013. Is there a newer version?
