Good day,
Do you have an example for Adding Bulk data. I have invoices grid and would like to add bulk data for selected invoices which add status "Paid" or "unpaid".

Refer demos/editing/bulk-edit.php
There are 2 options.
One is by set_actions() – butkedit:true. This will add a toolbar button and will use edit dialog for bulk editing of selected rows.
Other is custom button with callback php code.
You will get both demos in above file.
