css/select2.min.css can't download

Hello PHP GRID,

Our network does not permit this URL.

Is there any way to download this file to the server the PHP grid already installed in order to prevent to try to download this file again?

Please help me.

The problem with the php page is that it tries to download these 2 files select2.min.css & select2.min.js from Internet but our network does not allow the connection to the select2.min.* url.
