I am not a php developer, but understand i understand it and feel I could use the grid.
The issue I have is that I would like to find a framework that contains the basic features, login/logout, registration, forgot password, change password. I would just plug in grids as menu items, etc
I see I could use Joomla, but I want something much lighter, maybe a different CMS? or something that someone has created that someone would be willing to share or possibly sell?

We don’t have such solution available right now.
You can review the integration of Joomla, WordPress, Other MVC frameworks.
If you plan to use with CodeIgniter or Laravel, I can provide a sample code as well.
