How to customize search modal's search condition? i would like to remove the "equals" and other options from it

Hi,
A quick solution is to search for following string in jqgrid_dist.php and remove "eq"
'eq','ne','lt','le','gt','ge','bw','bn','in','ni','ew','en','cn','nc','nu','nn'
