Dear,
I need to understand if the Enterprise license will work within an intranet that does not communicate with the outside world.

Or tell me what kind of software license I can use on an intranet without any problems.

Hello,

Yes, this product works without internet.

If you are using some feature that uses external JavaScript or Css files, you can download them and save locally with other files.
