Hi community !

I'm using a database using iso-8891-1 charset and I'm facing error when displaying a content row that have some especial character in it. The same if I try to set any column header name using some especial character.

How can I set properly my installation to have it working ? ]

Please send sample ISO 8891 database sql dump, so that i can generate case here.
