the problem are as follows
Couldn't execute query. Access denied for user 'apache'@'localhost' (using password: NO) – SELECT * FROM clients WHERE 1=1 LIMIT 1 OFFSET 0

Hello Mark,

Please follow readme.txt for setup instructions.
After that you will be able to run the program.
