Hi. Go to the link you received on email from the developer and download the package once more, just the way you did the first time. Just copy the new files over the old once (the lib directory is the essential one).
Take care not to overwrite some of your own files or if you have edited some of the original files that you wan't to keep 😉

Active subscription customers get updates on their payment email address.
With license of v1.4.8, the premium version comes with 3 months free upgrade and priority support.
So after that, subscription need to be revised. Enterprise version have 1 month subscription time.
I'm sorry but I really don't get it.
There are som updates to the control since I bought the grid, version 1.4.8.
I just can't find the new functions added with this version. So perhaps some improvements has to be done with the distribution support?

Yes, The distribution of day-to-day updates are not very automated.
The features & fixes development are done very frequent. Certain number of updates are grouped to form a new version which is emailed to customers.
Solution for your case is … Paid customers request update (via email) to get a pre-release copy of some feature, and i reply them back the lib & example.
