I took your twitter-bootstrap.php file and dropped in my database, table and column names. I didn't change anything else except the paths and hardcoded the theme.

When the grid renders, there are only some rows that have values in the Action column. Those rows that do not have values in that column cannot be selected when clicked. When those rows are clicked a different row is highlighted.
